Herzog acted as Israeli counsel to REE Automotive Ltd. (Nasdaq: REE) in connection with an At The Market Agreement, with H.C. Wainwright & Co. Under the ATM Agreement REE would be able to offer, from time to time, securities in a value of up to $35 million. The transaction was led by Ron Ben-Menachem (capital markets), Mohammad Mawasi (capital markets), and Yahya Qaq (corporate).
