Herzog acted as Israeli counsel representing Hewlett Packard Enterprise in its acquisition of the Israeli cloud security company Axis Cyber Security Ltd.
The acquisition of Axis Cyber Security Ltd. included aspects from many areas of expertise. Such areas included a special structure of the acquisition under the Israeli Companies Law as well as aspects of employment law, equity benefit plans, intellectual property, privacy, and tax aspects with respect to the transaction.
