Congratulations to our client, the Swedish gaming giant, Embracer Group, on their acquisition of CrazyLabs, an Israeli gaming startup with over 4.5 billion downloads.

CrazyLabs will continue to operate as an independent publisher under the Embracer umbrella and expected to significantly upgrade Embracer’s publishing and mobile content skills.

Our partners Dr. Ehab Farah, Gilad Yacubovich and Dana Zur-Neumann, and associates Raz Ofer and Raphael Aderet, lead this impressive deal with the amazing support of – Shachar Porat, Liat Shaked-Katz ,Roni Zis, Olga Pery and Roni Akselrod.
