Aura Israel Has Won a Bidding War for an Urban Renewal Project in Kiryat Bialik | Legal Support for Tenants by Adv. Dr. Ariel Flavian

First hopes for 288 residents of HaAtzmaut Street, Kiryat Bialik in suspense over a gridlocked urban renewal project: Aura, owned by Yaakov Atrakchi, won a bidding war enabling it to enter into agreements with the rightsholders in the compound and to purchase additional land for the completion of the project in the area, adjacent to the Kiryon Mall. The project includes an approved city building plan for the construction of 830 new housing units and an office building and the company intends to expedite plans for an additional 1,450 housing units and commercial space.
Residents were advised by Adv. Dr. Ariel Flavian, Partner in the Real Estate Planning and Construction Department of Herzog, Fox and Neeman.
