Congratulations to Goldman Sachs for acting as the sole book running manager of a $340 million equity offering by Ormat Technologies on the NYSE.

We were happy to assist in this transaction as Israeli counsel. Ron Ben-Menachem and Mohammad Mawasi worked on this transactions, along with Davis Polk who acted as underwriters’ counsel.
