An important legal achievement in a case regarding the building permit granted to build the new R&D Center for Mobileye in Jerusalem. The Jerusalem District Court agreed with our claim and rejected the petition against the building permit granted to the project, which is already well underway. The court agreed that the petitioner had no standing in the matter and that there were no faults in securing the permit.
