$25M convertible loan by Highbridge Capital Management

Herzog acted as Israeli counsel for Highbridge Capital Management in connection with a $25 million senior secured convertible term loan to Gamida Cell Ltd., a Nasdaq listed Israeli company.

This deal required the collaborative efforts of our capital markets, banking and finance, and regulatory teams, and was led by our partners Ron Ben-Menachem and Amir Shmueli, as well as associates Mohammad Mawasi and Eyal Markovich.
