We are very pleased and proud to announce that as of today, the CDS-LUTHI Group is joining with Herzog to form a new brand – Herzog Patents. The two arms of the CDS-LUTHI Group will continue to operate as collaborative, independent legal entities, while taking over all of Herzog’s patent attorney work and patent litigation.

Luthi & Co. is one of Israel’s premier law firms in the field of intellectual property, specializing in complex litigation cases across the entire spectrum of IP matters.
CDS is a patent firm established several years ago by a group of senior, leading patent attorneys, and has quickly earned its place as a top-tier firm in its field in Israel.
