Gilad Majerowicz, Partner at Herzog’s Commercial Department and Chairman of the Israel-Japan Chamber of Commerce (IJCC) launched the first two forums of the IJCC. These forums were dedicated to discussions surrounding defense and homeland security companies, as well as Japanese firms with offices in Israel.

The Guest speakers, Prof. Satoshi Ikeuchi from Tokyo University and Dr. Gedaliah Afterman from Reichman University, provided invaluable insights into Japan’s security landscape and explored potential collaborations with Israel.

The events were honored by the presence of Minister Seiichiro Takahashi, the Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Japan in Israel, who emphasized the importance of such forums in fostering bilateral relationships.
