We are delighted to announce that Irit Roth has returned to our office as a senior partner in the Banking and Finance Department.

Irit’s reputation as one of the leading banking lawyers in Israel has only been enhanced by her spell as General Counsel of Bank Leumi.  Prior to her initially joining Herzog in 2011, Irit served as General Counsel for Citibank in Israel for 11 years.

On her return to the firm, Irit will be involved in all aspects of financial regulation and transactions, covering traditional domestic and cross-border banking, Israeli and international financial institutions, traditional and alternative payment methods, Fintech regulation, anti money laundering and compliance.
