Yehonatan belongs to the planning & construction and municipal taxation department of the office.
Yehonatan has gained a rich experience in the field of planning & construction, due to his work as an external legal advisor to a large number of local planning and construction committees (among others of the municipality of Ra’anana, Petah Tikva, Rishon Lezion and many other municipalities) and due to his work as a legal advisor to large private corporations in Israel.
Yehonatan is vastly experienced in representing clients in planning & construction matters before planning institutions and courts.
Yehonatan has a Bachelor’s degree, with honors, in law at the College of Management; and a Master’s degree, cum laude, in commercial law from the University of California at Berkeley in .collaboration with Tel Aviv University.
