Uri is a member of the firm’s Hi-tech Department. After several years of living and working in Asia (Taiwan and Shanghai), where he advised foreign companies on the local legal environment and specifically on the field of Foreign Direct Investment, Uri returned to Israel and is now advising entrepreneurs and investors in technology companies on transactions and their ongoing conduct. Uri speaks fluent Mandarin and also passed the New York Bar.
