Tslil is a key partner in Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Antitrust & Competition Department with over 10 years of antitrust law experience.
Tslil provides legal advice to domestic and international companies on diverse competition and antitrust matters, including proceedings before the Israeli Competition Authority and the Competition Tribunal.
Tslil specializes in advising clients on merger control issues, including international and economically complex merger transactions. She is also a savvy advisor on monopoly issues, international distribution agreements, antidumping duties as well as the Israeli original Food Law and Concentration Law.
Tslil was recognized by the Legal 500 as a Rising Star in the field of Competition and Antitrust in the 2023 and 2024 editions. Tslil was recognized as Competition Future Leader by Who’s Who Legal: Competition 2024.
