Tslil Bar Bainvol

Tslil is a key partner in Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Antitrust & Competition Department, bringing over a decade of experience in antitrust law. She provides strategic legal counsel to domestic and international companies on a wide range of competition and antitrust matters, including proceedings before the Israeli Competition Authority and the Competition Tribunal.

Tslil specializes in merger control, advising clients on complex and cross-border transactions with significant economic implications. She is also highly experienced in monopoly issues, international distribution agreements, antidumping duties, and regulatory frameworks such as Israel’s original Food Law and Concentration Law. Over the past year, she has handled high-profile merger control cases and advised leading entities in the food and pharmaceutical sectors. Additionally, she represents clients in Israel’s two ongoing antidumping investigations.
