Shira Margalit Elbaz works in the general corporate field, providing legal advice to the firm’s corporate clients regarding their ongoing business activities. Shira’s work includes drafting and negotiating a broad range of business and commercial contracts and advising on corporate and legal issues, as well as representing both Israeli and international clients in corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, share/asset purchase transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.
