Ron Bossak is an attorney in the Complex Transactions team of the Real Estate Department. Ron specializes in handling various real estate transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, combination deals, real estate project investments, and the establishment of complex construction projects.

Ron has experience in handling real estate aspects of infrastructure projects including server farms and solar facilities.
Ron assists clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including feasibility studies, creating contractual frameworks, tax exposure and planning, and construction and planning aspects.

In his work, Ron represents financial institutional bodies, international companies, investment funds, contractors, developers, and landowners.
