Rafael Hartman

Associate

Rafael is a member of Herzog’s Tech Division. Rafael specializes in representing both international and local clients, including technology companies at all stages of development, venture capital funds, and other investors. He provides counsel in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investments.

In addition, Rafael provides ongoing legal advice to companies on the commercial and corporate aspects of their operations.

Prior to joining the firm, Rafael worked for several years as an associate in the high-tech and venture capital department of one of Israel’s leading firms, and as legal counsel for a software company.
