Omer Ben-Weiss is an associate in Herzog’s labour law department with a focus on advising local and international clients on a wide range of employment matters. His practice includes restructuring, company closures, mass layoffs, collective bargaining agreements, employment disputes, and compliance with evolving labour regulations in Israel and beyond.

Omer represents public and private sector clients in complex employment litigation, including individual claims, class actions, collective disputes, senior employee separations, and post-employment competition restrictions. He also provides legal guidance before the relevant governmental authorities.
