Noa is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds & Private Equity Department. She works closely with some of the largest institutional investors in Israel as well as private investors, including high-net-worth individuals, with respect to their investments in all types of Israeli and foreign investment funds. In addition, Noa assists in the formation of all types of funds and provides legal advice on various matters, including drafting funds’ documents, forming funds’ entities, and negotiating with investors.

Noa specializes in accompanying the formation of unique feeder funds to large global funds in the U.S. and Europe which permit the Israeli investors investing through them to participate in such funds which would otherwise will not be able to accept smaller checks from such Israeli investors. Such work involves accompanying the negotiations between the feeder managers and the underlying fund, forming the feeder fund, drafting governing documents for the feeder, all which requires unique skills in adapting and synchronizing the workflow between different fund entities, on a global basis.
