Naama is an associate in the firm’s Labour and Employment Law department. Naama advises local and international clients on a wide range of labour and employment law matter, including   ongoing advice with respect to all aspects of employment relations, assistance in negotiating and drafting agreements, advising in international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, organisational changes and privatizations, advising in relation to all aspects of the employment of foreign experts during their temporary posting in Israel, representing clients in different litigation proceedings in all courts, including individual litigation, collective employment disputes, social security matters, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings.
