Moriya is a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition department. She provides strategic advice to corporations on competition and antitrust issues. Moriya is actively involved in administrative enforcement proceedings before the Israel Competition Authority and the Competition Tribunal.

Additionally, Moriya is guiding mergers and acquisitions for Israeli and international corporations, particularly in matters related to competition law.

Moriya had a valuable internship at the Israel Competition Authority. During this time, she gained hands-on experience in administrative and criminal enforcement cases and contributed to the examinations of mergers by the competition commissioner.
