Michal Minsky
Associate
Michal is a Senior Associate in the Financial Regulation team of the Banking and Finance department of the firm, advising local and international fintech companies and representing them before local regulators, including in licensing procedures.
Prior to joining Herzog, Michal worked in the legal department of a leading global fintech company, where she focused on regulation and corporate governance related to the company’s activities in Israel.
Additionally, Michal has extensive experience in commercial litigation from a leading private firm, specializing in representation of multinational companies in class actions filed against them in Israel in the fields of privacy, consumer protection, securities, and more.
Michal completed her internship at the Supreme Court, in the chambers of the Honorable Justice Uzi Vogelman.
During her LLB studies, Michal served as an editor for the journals ‘Law and Government’ and ‘Hearat Din,’ and worked as a research and teaching assistant for several professors, in the fields of constitutional and administrative law, labor law, criminal law, and law and gender.
- Concurrent with her law studies, Michal studied in the multidisciplinary honors program at the University of Haifa (‘Ofakim’).
