Michal represents organisations both in the private and public sectors of labour law, as well as in regard to social security.  Michal also specialises in supporting various organizations in labuor courts in a variety of legal proceedings, preparing legal opinions and providing legal advice in labour law and labour relations for clients of the firm, providing legal advice and guidance as to how to manage labour relations and labour management during periods of labour disputes, including organizational measures and strikes.
