We are excited for our client Cannabotech – The Botanical Pharmacy, which develops innovative medical and pre-medical products based on cannabis and mushroom extracts. Cannabotech intends to launch CBD-based health products and medicinal mushrooms into the UK market very soon. Last week, Cannbotech issued a prospectus for an initial public offering of its shares, without listing for trade on the stock exchange. This is an innovative and unique public offering, that is performed by a startup company for the first time. This IPO is led by our partner Efrat Tzur and associates Adi Rozenfeld and Shani Simani.
