Herzog Fox & Neeman Represents Plasto – Cargal Group in a Private Placement

Herzog Fox & Neeman represented Plasto – Cargal Group Ltd in a private placement in which 20% of Plasto-Cargal’s shares will be allocated to its controlling shareholder, C.I Cardboard Industries Ltd and to the Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd, for a total consideration of NIS 37 million. This matter was handled by the Capital Markets and Securities Partners – Nir Dash and Chen Moyal.
