Herzog Fox & Neeman was proud to have acted as Israel counsel for cloud‑based workflow leader ServiceNow in its acquisition of mobile platform company SkyGiraffe, working closely with ServiceNow’s US counsel – Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. The Herzog Fox & Neeman team included Janet Pahima, Natan Wiesenberg, Michal Herzfeld, Tal Nahir, Yuval Navot, Ehab Farah, Eitan Ella, Shachar Porat, Gal Sasson, Nir Gal, Marian Fertlman, Karen Elburg, Adar Bengom (Ortal), Noa Ben Porat and Eden Peled.
