Herzog reprenseted BuildOS (DBA: SWAPP) a company in the field of construction and property technology in a financing round involving both existing investors, strategic investors as well as new VCs investing in the company. Herzog provided BuildOS with legal advice on all matters related to the financing round including corporate, tax and intellectual property.
