Hadar Israeli and her team join Herzog’s Litigation Department

We are pleased to announce that Hadar Israeli is joining our Litigation Department as Partner.

Hadar brings extensive experience in managing a wide range of white collar and administrative enforcement matters, including a particular focus on legal proceedings and regulatory and criminal investigations outside Israel.

Together with attorneys Shir Rosenzweig and Yedidya Frija, Hadar advises clients on investigations, enforcement proceedings and prosecutions, as well as complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions, and on establishing compliance mechanisms and conducting internal investigations in cases involving suspected violations in the fields of securities, financial regulation, corruption and bribery, among others.
