Congratulations to our client, GoParrot, Inc., a premium AI-based digital ordering and marketing platform for restaurants, that was acquired by Block, Inc. (formerly Square, Inc.), a public company listed on NYSE. This complex merger transaction was led by our partner Yuval Zilber together with our associates Dor Marinovsky and Reggev Mechalovich, and our intern, Gil Wertheim.
