Congrats to IDE and our client Bank Hapoalim who will finance a new project

It is our pleasure to congratulate our client, Bank Hapoalim , and SMS Galillee Ltd. (part of the IDE group) on their success in the recent BAFO stage of the BOT tender for a new 100m water desalination plant in the Western Galilee. We acted for Bank Hapoalim in the approximately NIS 1.3 billion financing for the project, which was required to be finalized as part of the BAFO submission.

We are proud to continue to advise our clients on this latest phase of the development of Israel’s desalination system.
