On April 22nd 2018 the Supreme Court issued its much anticipated court ruling on two appeals which were consolidated into one case concerning the inclusion of equity based compensation accounting expenses in the cost base for purposes of determining the income of an Israeli R&D subsidiary implementing a cost-plus arrangement.
