Brack Capital Properties N.V. has completed an exchange tender offer of NIS 390 million!

It is our pleasure to congratulate Brack Capital Properties N.V. on completing a complex exchange tender offer, in which the Company’s bonds (Series B) were exchanged for the Company’s bonds (Series C) and cash in, a total amount of approximately NIS 390 million.

Approximately 92% of the bondholders of the Company accepted the exchange tender offer, which was led by our partner and Co-Head of the Corporate and Securities department Nir Dash, associate Keren Nightingale and intern Yuval Shitrit.
