Adv. Hadar Israeli is a partner in the Litigation Department, specializing in white-collar crime, regulatory enforcement, and commercial litigation. She is among Israel’s leading lawyers in the field of enforcement and cross-border proceedings. Her unique experience combines expertise in both Israeli and U.S. law, together with extensive practical experience handling complex matters with international dimensions.
Hadar represents companies, officers, and individuals in criminal and administrative enforcement proceedings, regulatory investigations, internal investigations, securities offenses, money laundering, fraud, bribery and corruption, asset tracing and recovery, and complex commercial disputes. She has particular expertise in managing cross-border proceedings and handling mutual legal assistance requests, including matters involving U.S. authorities and courts. Hadar also has unique experience representing clients before numerous international enforcement authorities, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Hadar’s distinctive professional profile is further shaped by her international background. She is admitted to practice law in both Israel and the State of New York and earned an LL.M., magna cum laude, from Columbia Law School. She subsequently practiced in the Litigation Department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York, one of the world’s leading law firms, where she gained significant experience handling investigations and litigation across Israel, the United States, and Europe.
Prior to her studies and legal practice in the United States, Hadar graduated magna cum laude with an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University. She trained and practiced at leading Israeli law firms, clerked for Justice Devora Berliner of the Supreme Court of Israel, served as a member of the editorial board of the Tel Aviv University Law Review (Iyunei Mishpat), and worked as a research and teaching assistant in the field of criminal law.
Hadar is the sole Israeli Fellow of the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators, an invitation-only organization whose Fellows are among the world’s foremost practitioners in white-collar crime, fraud investigations, and asset tracing and recovery.
