Herzog Fox & Neeman advised Traceloop, an Israeli observability and testing platform that safeguards AI agents in production, in connection with its $6.1 million Seed financing round led by Sorenson Capital and Ibex Investors

Founded by machine-learning and enterprise software veterans, Traceloop provides an end‑to‑end observability and evaluation layer—built on its open-source OpenLLMetry framework—to help developers detect AI-agent misfires (e.g. hallucinations, drift, incorrect actions) before they impact users

The Herzog deal team was led by partners Yair Geva, Miri Wang and Tzipora Zipper.
