Over the years, Philippe has gained extensive experience in representing Israeli and foreign clients in various merger and acquisition transactions as well as financing and investment transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Philippe worked in other large firms where he represented, among other things, clients on issues relating to tenders, project finance, and infrastructure and energy projects.

In addition to the above, Philippe has obtained an accreditation as an EXIN Privacy and Data Protection Foundation issued by EXIN, as well as a certification as a Data Protection Officer from Tel Aviv University.
