Ben Wahlhaus

Ben specializes in international corporate and commercial transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investments. He also provides advice on private and public international law, counselling corporations and governments on complex domestic and cross-border matters.

Before joining Herzog, Ben spent over a decade in the International Law Department of the Israel Defense Forces, including as the legal adviser for the IDF’s agreements with foreign countries and international organizations. Ben has also been involved in negotiating and drafting international treaties and agreements on the national level and has represented the State of Israel in various international fora.

Prior to the IDF, Ben worked at leading law firms in Israel and overseas, focusing on M&A and equity capital markets.
