Shani Bar Oz is Herzog’s CHRO and currently leads the Human Resources Department.  Shani focuses on the development and implementation of human capital strategy in organizations and leading complex human resources processes.

Shani holds a Master’s degree in Sociology, specializing in organizations, from Tel Aviv University, and previously served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Natibi Ayalon Company, including human resources management positions at leading companies in the private sector, including Clal Insurance Group, Cal, Kodak, and more.
