Herzog Fox & Neeman acted for ST Engineering Ventures (the corporate venture capital unit of ST Engineering, a Singapore based global technology, defence and engineering group specialising in the aerospace, electronics, land systems and marine sectors), as lead investor in an investment round in Radiflow Ltd., an Israeli company providing industrial cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure.

Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Mergers & Acquisitions team was led by Janet Pahima, Mark Goldman and Eyal Safrai.
