Herzog Fox & Neeman represented Dina Shalev and Shai Shalev in the sale of 100% of their shares in Felco Ltd. (better known as Feldman Ice Cream), to the Green Lantern Group, owned by Richie Hunter, Danny Ben-Rei and Yosef Eliash, for approximately NIS 60 million.
