Our Insurance team provides insurance-related advice to leading international and Israeli insurers, brokers, pension advisors, financial institutions and financial services providers, as well as commercial clients.

Our list of clients to which we provide such insurance-related advice includes some of the biggest names in the industry, as well as most of the biggest Israeli insurance companies and investment houses.

Our insurance practice focuses on all different aspects of insurance – such as regulation, licensing, M&A transaction for insurance companies and of course “classic” insurance issues, and inter-alia, on:

• Regulatory advice on all aspects relating to insurance and the day-to-day operations of an insurer (e.g., insurance and pension products; insurance marketing/advisory services; corporate governance; investment limitations; etc.)
• Commercial advice and contract negotiations in the insurance space (including in investments by insurance companies);
• Advising foreign insurance companies and reinsurers regarding regulatory aspects of insurance business in Israel (including mediation, permits and licensing and non-admitted ins uranceissues);
• Representing insurers before the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority in all regulatory matters;
• Representing insurer in class actions claims in the insurance sector and advising of class actions as aforesaid;
• Advising financial entities and insurers in the creation, adoption and implementation of internal compliance plans; etc.
