Yaniv Erlich is a highly experienced and creative Tax Expert with a demonstrated history of working in the tax law practice specializing in the High-Tech industry. Yaniv secured a vast number of tax arrangements with the Israeli Tax Authority for different founders and corporations. Skilled in all tax aspects of complex M&As, Long Term Equity Incentives, Transfer Pricing, International Tax, Corporate Finance, Tax Law, and Accounting.

Yaniv has extensive experience in providing a wide range of tax services to High-Tech Companies, Private and Public, from MNEs to young start-ups. Such services are very diversified starting from ongoing tax advise to rulings, tax assessment deliberations, assistance in M&As and Initial Public Offerings and tax accounting (provisions, FIN 48).

Strong accounting professional graduated from The college of Management- Academic Studies and a Master’s Degree in Business.

Until January 2025 Yaniv was a Tax Partner at EY Israel and prior to that served as the Head of the Tax Department in one of the largest law firms in Israel.
