Tai Gershon

Tai is an associate in the Tax Department, specializing in international tax planning and in the taxation of corporations and individuals. Tai advises multinational companies on complex tax issues, accompanies mergers & acquisitions and restructuring transactions, and provides tax .counsel to high-net-worth individuals with respect to multimillion-dollar assets

Prior to joining the firm, Tai worked at the law firm Shekel & Co., where he specialized in tax litigation and in the taxation of natural gas and oil ventures. Before that, he worked at the State Revenue Administration of the Israeli Ministry of Finance, where he participated in shaping Israel’s tax policy and tax legislation, and was part of the team responsible for renegotiating Israel’s tax treaties and implementing international tax mechanisms (OECD, BEPS).

Tai holds a dual undergraduate degree in Law and Accounting (with honors) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
