Shai Emanuel Yamin

Associate

Shai is an Associate in Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Hi-Tech Department. Her practice includes providing ongoing corporate counselling to start-ups and mature technology companies on the commercial aspects of their activities, as well as advising technology companies, venture capital and private equity funds on cross-border transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Alongside her practice, Shai serves as a Teaching Fellow at Tel Aviv University’s Shamgar Center for Digital Law and Innovation, where she is involved in a joint Law and Technology course with the Technion focused on responsible AI and law.

Prior to law school, Shai earned a Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
