Sarit joined the firm’s litigation department after more than two decades of experience as a partner at Luthi & Co., a boutique law firm specializing in intellectual property litigation. In this role, she advised local and international clients on intellectual property and technology matters and represented them before the Courts and the Patent Office in a wide range of proceedings, including some of the largest and most complex IP cases ever conducted in Israel. Her work also involved strategic coordination with law firms abroad that handled parallel proceedings in various jurisdictions around the world.

For the past six years, Sarit has been teaching at the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University, as part of its international LL.M. program, where she lectures on the course Introduction to Intellectual Property and introduces students to the fundamental principles of patent law.

Alongside her legal expertise, Sarit possesses extensive knowledge of the managerial aspects of intellectual property and technology. She holds an MBA and a Ph.D. in strategic management from Tel Aviv University, and she completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Technical University of Berlin.
