Ori Yosef

Ori is an associate in the firm’s High-Tech practice, specializing in a broad range of technology-related matters, including ongoing corporate counseling, capital raising and the comprehensive representation of start-ups and local and international venture capital funds. Ori advises entrepreneurs, companies and investors from incorporation and structuring, through investment fundraising rounds, to M&A transactions and exit events, working with companies and investors in Israel and abroad.

Ori’s practice includes advising on corporate governance, founders’ agreements, venture capital transactions and investment agreements, convertible loans and various financing arrangements. He provides clients with ongoing legal, business and commercial counsel, tailored to their specific fields of activity and strategic objectives.
