Moral is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Moral specializes in a wide range of corporate and capital markets matters, including ongoing representation of public companies, public offerings, and the preparation of prospectuses, annual reports, and offering documents for large public companies.

In addition, Moral is involved in advising on M&A transactions, working closely with local and international companies and investors.
