Daniel Eidelman

Daniel Eidelman is an attorney in the firm’s Financial Regulation Department, and is engaged in providing legal and regulatory advice and support to financial institutions, regulated financial service providers, fintech companies, payment companies, and companies operating in regulated markets.

His areas of practice include financial regulation, capital markets, regulated financial services, regulation and licensing of financial service providers, payment services and means of payment, licensing of payment companies and fintech companies, work with the Capital Market Authority, the Israel Securities Authority, and other regulatory authorities, as well as regulatory matters relating to financial institutions and the healthcare sector. As part of his work, he advises clients on licensing and regulatory processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, the examination of business models and new financial products, and the adaptation of their activities to applicable law.

Daniel also has experience in the high-tech and M&A fields, including advising technology companies, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and commercial and corporate matters. His experience combines an understanding of business and technological activities with expertise in financial regulation and fintech.
