Chen Davidian

Chen Davidian is a Senior Associate in Herzog’s Labour & Employment Department.

Chen advises local and international clients on a broad range of employment law matters, including recruitment, terms of employment, HR policies, workplace compliance, prevention of sexual harassment, equal opportunity, and termination of employment. She has particular experience in drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements, including employment agreements, separation agreements, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, and service agreements.

Chen also advises on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, investments, and corporate restructurings, including due diligence, risk assessment, transaction documents, employee transfers, and post-closing incentive arrangements, and works with clients across a range of sectors, including global technology companies, gaming companies, and financial institutions, and advises in both Hebrew and English.
