Adriana Chiche

Adriana’s practice focuses primarily on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (representing both buyers and sellers), and capital-investments for venture capital and private equity firms, as well as for both start-up and established Israeli companies.

Prior to joining Herzog, Adriana practiced in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of leading French law firm Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier in Paris, where she advised public and private corporations on high-profile French or cross-border transactions.
