We represented the Phoenix Insurance Company in its investment in BST Group, which specializes in the development and execution of large and complex real estate projects in Israel. The Phoenix now owns 20% of BST Group following its investment of approximately ILS 200 million. Our partner, Limor Hodir, led the work on this deal with her team, Lior Lederman and Amit Kraushar.
