Herzog Fox & Neeman Leads Ketura Solar Transaction

Herzog Fox & Neeman represented Arava Power Company and EDF-EN Israel in connection with the NIS 320 million refinancing by Harel Insurance Company Ltd. of the 40MW power plant project located in southern Isreal (Kibbutz Ketura). The transaction was led by Mark Phillips, head of the Herzog Fox & Neeman Project Finance department and Limor Shechter.
